Things to know before scheduling an appointment


One of the following MUST attend this meeting:

• Account Holder

• A designated authorized contact (if applicable)

• Power of attorney listed on the account (if applicable)

If they are unable to attend in person, they will be asked to join via telephone. In the event they are not available, the meeting will need to be rescheduled. Virtual Meetings will be audio and video recorded for quality assurance and training purposes.

For questions about power of attorney and confidentiality, please call 713.371.1400.

For in-person meetings, to maintain confidentiality for the account holder, a picture ID is required.

Acceptable documents include:

• Texas ID

• Texas Driver License

• Passport

Seating for in-person meetings is limited to 2 attendees.

We do not accept cash or check drop off payments on-site. Please visit your nearest Kroger, HEB, Fiesta Walmart.
